One correction on the menu itself: change “Shipping Policy” if it currently says “Shipping Policy” already; your screenshot looks like it may say “Shipping Policy”, which is correct.

For the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, Shopify's generated templates are preferable because they can incorporate store-specific ecommerce/privacy language. The copy above is better for customizing the FaceShift-specific parts, not as a substitute for legal advice.
